The purpose of this program is to develop a highly relationally intelligent society that which is highly productive as a group, have a high level of satisfaction, has high long-term survivability, and be able to sustain even extreme global risk factors. This will be done through members learning of Scientific Relationism principles, mastering them, and spreading them further through training and awareness program. Here I discuss various activities, aspects, and advantages of participating in this program. The activities in this program will be considered as Career Development Program.
1.1 Learning:
All the theoretical background necessary for this program is given in Scientific Relationism Website . The members need to buy the books by Suresh K Maran which has detailed theoretical foundation necessary to learn these. The members need to master the basic ideas.
1.2 Networking:
Members need to establish a network of people all over the world who has understanding the principles of scientific relationism principles. This can be done through online social media informally, while they can have more formally organized groups through our group’s website.
1.3 Educating and skill development:
The members need to recruit and educate more members. They need to conduct various awareness programs. They need to help increase their skills through leadership activity in educating and organizing activity.
1.4 Supportive Activity:
They need to help the rise of new entrepreneurs, organizations and help each other’s career development program. They need to help achieving the goals various other projects, particularly socio-economic management, and transformation.
2 Relational Infrastructure
A relational infrastructure is a network of people connected through various relationships necessary for economic advancement, inclusion, productivity, global integration, and global stability. Human relational infrastructure is as important as physical infrastructure. While the whole world is built on various physical infrastructure, and it is lagging in relational infrastructure. This will be addressed through UNITESERVE project. The relational infrastructure program, as a part of the relationism project, will focus on various things such as 1) Creation and Integration of professional organizations involving various fields, 2) Entrepreneur networking, 3) Creation and Integration of various groups to address relational issues that affects the society and 4) And creation of a universal membership program for professionals and entrepreneurs to work together to advance themselves and advance humanity as whole.
