Return, Refund, and cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods: The digital goods which are purchased and downloaded are not returnable. If no downloads have been made, then full refund will be given in 7 days.
2. UNITESERVE General Credit Packages: If you buy a credit package, within 7 days you can return it for a full refund. Subscriptions Services: The subscription services purchased can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for full refund. After that it can be cancelled at prorated refund.
3. The trial subscriptions services that are free of service can be cancelled at any time. The cancellation of subscription services will result in losing access to login to the various platform sites.
4. Packages: If the subscription services and digital services are sold as part of a package. The cancellation package depends on the package. Please carefully read the terms and conditions associated to the package.
5. You are advised to review these terms periodically for any changes. Sometimes we may notify of critical information by email if you are registered with us. If you feel that we are not abiding by this terms, you should contact us via the contact page.
